Building Inspection- February 19th

During this time, inspection teams will be on-site and may enter apartment homes as part of the review process. To ensure a smooth and efficient inspection day, we ask that all residents prepare their homes in advance.

• Review of major systems and components

To help us complete the inspection efficiently, please:

• Secure all pets prior to leaving your home

• Ensure clear access to HVAC systems, water heaters, electrical panels, and plumbing areas

• Make any arrangements necessary if you prefer to be present during the inspection
