We wanted to share a few important updates and upcoming events.

• Ornament Decorating – December 15^th at 6:00 PM

Join us for a festive ornament decorating event on Monday at 6:00 PM in the lobby on the back side. We’ll have light drinks and snacks available. Once your ornaments are dry, feel free to hang them on the Christmas tree next to the concierge desk :) 

Jimmy Hale Mission Lunch Serve – December 20^th at 11:00 AM

• We will be serving lunch at 11:00 AM on December 20th at the Jimmy Hale Mission. If you would like to attend, please RSVP on The 600 Black Card website.

  • Meet-up Location: Cafeteria of Jimmy Hale Mission, 3420 2^nd Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35222

  • Meet-up Time: 11:00 AM

  • Serving Begins: 11:15 AM

You are welcome to bring additional treats such as cookies and cakes to share. Look for your neighbor Monica Floyd once you get there. Her picture is attached. 

Control Access Update

Beginning next week, our access system will fully transition to Connect IOT. This is the same app you currently use to monitor your thermostat, water meter, and utility usage. Please ensure you are logged into your Connect IOT app ahead of time. You will need to reupload a photo for facial recognition to ensure seamless building access.

Black Cards Available for Pick-Up

Black Cards are still available for pickup.

Once you receive your approval on the website, you’ve been issued a Black Card with a unique number. You may pick it up at the leasing office during regular office hours.
