Connect IOT Access Transition Starting Today

Dear Residents,

Our transition to Connect IOT begins today, and we want to ensure everyone is prepared.

Please make sure you are logged into the Connect IOT app, as this platform will now manage building access in addition to allowing you to monitor your thermostat, water meter, and utility usage. Once the transition is complete, Akuvox will no longer operate. Please be sure that you've set up facial recognition on Coonect IOT.

If you have already received a utility bill, you already have access to Connect IOT and simply need to log in. If you have not yet received a utility bill, please check your email for a message titled “Connect IOT”, which contains your access information.
