Parking Update: RFID Stickers & Facial Recognition

Dear Residents,

We’re enhancing garage security with facial recognition access and new RFID parking stickers. These updates are part of our ongoing effort to provide a more secure building and garage, as many residents have requested.

We’ve received some feedback about the cosmetic appearance of the stickers. Unfortunately, we do not design these—our responsibility is to issue and apply them correctly. Please note:

All vehicles parked in the garage must have an RFID sticker installed.

If you refuse to have the sticker placed on your vehicle but continue to park in the garage, your vehicle is subject to towing.

Towing enforcement will resume after October 24th. Any vehicle without a sticker will be towed.

If you prefer not to have a sticker on your vehicle, parking in the garage is not required—you may park on the street instead.

Residents have had two weeks to stop by the office to receive their sticker. To accommodate those unable to come during regular hours, Larry will be outside tomorrow from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM issuing stickers. This will be the only after-hours opportunity to complete installation, so please plan accordingly.

As you may have noticed, the garage app buttons are being removed as part of this transition. We appreciate your cooperation as we continue improving the security and convenience of your community.
